Kristen Lilla, LCSW, CST: The only AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and AASECT Certified Sexuality Educator in the state of Nebraska, Kristen provides sex therapy to Omaha and its surrounding cities.  Kristen is both an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Kristen provides sex therapy and education to improve personal relationships, address sexual concerns, enhance sexual pleasure, and work through personal trauma that may be affecting intimate relationships.

Kristen believes everyone has the right to be in touch with their sexuality, an all encompassing aspect of human nature. When people are disconnected sexually, from either themselves or a partner, it can lead to sexual issues. These issues can impact daily functioning.

Sexual issues can affect our moods, relationships, and our self-esteem.  Specializing in sexuality has allowed Kristen to be able to address the complexities within a relationship, as well as those directly related to sex, to resolve these issues. Most issues are not just about the act of sex, but are about the person, the relationship, and the couple.
